I ended up cancelling my order because I realized I didn’t really need it after all. The cancellation process was a bit confusing at first, which was frustrating, but support got back to me and helped sort it out. The refund took a few days, but it did come through without any drama. i think companies should be fair about this kind of thing, and in this case they were. Not perfect, but overall a decent experience. 4 stars.

"Works fine, but the downtime is frustrating"
The site is usually okay and does what I need, but I’ve had a few moments where pages wouldn’t load or just timed out. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s really annoying when I’m trying to get something done quickly and feel like I’m losing time for no reason. I was poking around the site and was expecting the ownership and rights stuff to be kind of confusing, but it was laid out clearly. I could tell what I was getting and what still belonged to me, which made me feel a lot better. A couple of the pages did feel a little wordy, so I skimmed here and there, but overall it answered the questions I had without making me dig too much
